These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the OUTTCLUB website and your booking or purchase of tickets for OUTTCLUB events and experiences. By using this website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About OUTTCLUB
OUTTCLUB is an events, experiences and community platform. Event dates, venues, activities, timings, ticket availability and inclusions may vary by event and will be shown on the relevant event page or booking confirmation.
2. Tickets and pricing
For Glow Outt, the first 50 successful paid bookings are priced at ₹599 per person inclusive of applicable GST. The next 90 successful paid bookings are priced at ₹799 per person inclusive of applicable GST. Availability is determined by successful payment, not by submitting an enquiry form.
Ticket prices, availability and inclusions are subject to change before purchase. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified and a confirmation is issued.
3. Payment and confirmation
Payments may be processed through Cashfree or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not treat a browser redirect or screenshot as proof of payment. A booking is confirmed only after the payment status is verified by our systems.
4. Event entry
Your ticket or booking confirmation must be presented at entry. You agree to follow venue rules, staff directions and reasonable safety requirements. We may refuse entry or remove a person whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or contrary to venue rules, subject to applicable law.
5. Changes and cancellation by us
We may change the event schedule, venue, programming or capacity where reasonably necessary. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, we will communicate the available remedy, which may include a transfer or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before completing payment.
7. Intellectual property
OUTTCLUB, its name, logos, visual identity, copy, photographs, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to NOIDAGRAM STUDIOS. You may not copy, sell, modify or use them commercially without written permission.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
